BEIJING, May 24 (Xinhua) -- HNA Technology has issued an announcement refuting recent media reports that the company plans to sell its subsidiary Ingram Micro Inc.
The recent media reports said that HNA Group is currently seeking buyers for Ingram Micro, such as China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd.
HNA Technology so far has no plan or intention of selling Ingram Micro and it has strong confidence in the subsidiary's continuously rapid development in the future, according to the announcement. (Edited by Niu Huizhe, niuhuizhe@xinhua.org)
