Abstract : Bank of Shanghai announced that its shareholder Shanghai International Port (Group) Co. has raised stake in the bank to 6.73 percent.
BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua) -- Bank of Shanghai announced that its shareholder Shanghai International Port (Group) Co. has raised stake in the bank to 6.73 percent.
According to the announcement, Shanghai International Port bought over 19 million shares of Bank of Shanghai between May 8 and May 18.
After the deal, Shanghai International Port owned about 525 million shares of the lender in total.
