BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua)-- Bo Teng Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd announced on Friday that it had inked a strategic cooperation agreement with Pharscin Pharma in Chongqing, www.cs.com.cn reported.
In order to give full play to their advantages in drug production, sales, research and development, and enhance their competitiveness in the pharmaceutical market,the two companies agreed to establish a win-win strategic partnership on the basis of complementary advantages, mutual benefits, and common development. The two sides will conduct all-round cooperation in drug development, production, sales, drug production cycle management, and MAH application in the future.
This agreement will help promote the company's business transformation initiatives of “market transformation, product upgrading, and development of process chemistry CRO” to enhance its overall competitiveness and sustainable operating capabilities, in line with its long-term development strategy and the needs of all shareholders’ interest, said Bo Teng Pharmaceutical.
