Abstract : Qingdao Haier announced on Wednesday that its shareholder KKR has reduced over 300 million of the company’s shares.
BEIJING, May 17 (Xinhua) –Qingdao Haier announced on Wednesday that its shareholder KKR has reduced over 300 million of the company’s shares.
The share sale reduced KKR’s stake in Qingdao Haier to less than 5 percent.
KKR owned about 304.87 million shares of Qingdao Haier after the reduction, accounting for 4.9999992 percent of the company’s total share capital.
