BEIJING, May 15 (Xinhua) -- Government of east China’s Jiangsu Province has recently issued a document to restructure Jiangsu Railway Investment Development Co., Ltd. into Jiangsu Railway Group Co., Ltd. through capital increase, according to the report by the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News.
Under the document, as a national wholly-owned limited liability company, the registered capital of Jiangsu Railway Group will gradually increase from 7 billion yuan to 120 billion yuan. (Edited by Hu Pingchao, hupingchao@xinhua.org)
