BEIJING, May 14 (Xinhua) -- The Third Construction Engineering Company Ltd. of China Construction Second Engineering Bureau and Beijing Foriseland Real Estate Development Co. Ltd (Foriseland) signed a cooperation agreement on a real estate project on the Gold Coast of Australia in Beijing on May 11.
The project is located in the core area of the Gold Coast. The tentative contract value is 630 million Australian dollars, which is approximately 3.15 billion Chinese yuan.
With a construction area of approximately 137,000 square meters and a height of 303 meters, the project covers four core business types: high-end residential area, serviced apartments, restaurants, and shopping centers. Upon completion, it will become a new landmark of the city's modern urban architecture.
