BEIJING, May 10 (Xinhua) – In order to give full play to the role of overseas Chinese cultural center platforms and promote “going out” of outstanding Chinese cultural and creative products, Chinese culture centers worldwide will respectively curtain up “China’s cultural and creative product show week” from May 10 to June 30.
The organizers noted at the press conference on May 8 that the event, combining exhibitions with multiple forms such as lectures, seminars, product launches and interactive experiences, will comprehensively introduced Chinese cultural and creative products as well as related institutions and enterprises.
It is learnt that at present, China has established 35 Chinese cultural centers across the world. By 2020, this number will reach 50.
In recent years, overseas Chinese cultural centers have organized a large number of colorful cultural activities for the public in the countries where they are stationed. It has made important contributions to telling Chinese stories well and showing a true, three-dimensional and all-round China.
