BEIJING, May 8 (Xinhua) – The organizing committee of the World Robot Conference (WRC) 2018 held a press conference in Beijing to introduce the overall arrangement and preparation for the conference, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said on Monday.
Leaders of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Equipment Industry Department of the MIIT, China Association for Science and Technology and other institutions attended the press conference and answered questions from journalists.
WRC 2018 is scheduled to be held in Beijing from August 15 to 19, under the theme of creating new intelligent power and sharing the new opening-up era.
