BEIJING -- China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOC) recently announcedthat Chinese companies made a total of 161.7 billion U.S. dollars ofnon-financial investment in 7,500 foreign companies of 164 countries andregions in the first 11 months of 2016, surging 55.3 percent from last year’scorresponding period.
