BEIJING, April 11 (Xinhua) -- China's producer price index (PPI), which measures costs for goods at the factory gate, rose 3.1 percent year on year in March, the National Bureau of Statistics said Wednesday.
It was down from a growth of 3.7 percent recorded in February, according to the bureau.
