BEIJING -- China is expected to unveil the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020) on big data industry within 2016, said an official with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) on a forum held in Beijing on November 25, quoted by the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News.
