BEIJING, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- China Railway International Group (CRIG) had signed a contract with M101 Holdings on M101 sky wheel hotel and office building project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, according to www.bhi.com.cn.
With a ground height of 316 meters, the project will be the world's highest sky wheel project, the world's largest sky shopping mall, Asia's first five-star Planet Hollywood hotel and Malaysia's first Porsche-design building complex.
With a total area of some 200,000 square meters and a contract amount of about 214 million U.S. dollars (approximately 141.5628 million yuan), the project is located in the city center of Kuala Lumpur, only 2.9 kilometres away from the PETRONAS Twin Towers. (Edited by Ma Xin, maxin11@xinhua.org)
