BEIJING -- Four provinces and region along the Pearl River Delta, including Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, and Yunan, will jointly press ahead construction on navigation facilities of the Longtan and Baise water utilization hubs in Guangxi, targeting to open water routes from Guizhou and Yunan to Pearl River during 2016-2020.
