BEIJING -- China has unveiled a plan to boost scientific and technological (S&T) cooperation between Chinaand countries along the Belt and Road.
According to the plan issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology,the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Commerce, China plans to establish a batch of joint labs,technology transfer centers, technological demonstration centers and S&T parks with countries along the Belt and Road in the coming three to five years.
