BEIJING, Oct. 11 (Xinhua)-- Shanxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. (SEPEC), subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Group (CEEC), signed a PV power station EPC contract with B·Grimm Power Public Company Limited (B·Grimm) in Thailand.
The project is designed to have a total installed capacity of 40.83MW, and is expected to be integrated into the grid in December 2018.
Founded in 1993, B·Grimm is the developer of Small Power Producer (SPP) and is mainly engaged in the development, construction and operation of gas-fired power stations and solar PV projects. The installed capacity of its power plants and PV power stations reached 1,600MW and 115MW respectively by 2016. It is expected to be Thailand's largest SPP developer by 2021, with total installed capacity targeting at 5,000MW. (Edited by Ma Xin, maxin11@xinhua.org)
