Abstract : Entertainment conglomerate Huayi Brothers reportedly invested in U.S. light-field camera and virtual reality (VR) equipment maker Lytro and gained initial rights to cooperate in the Chinese market, media reports said Thursday.
Entertainment conglomerate Huayi Brothers reportedly invested in U.S. light-field camera and virtual reality (VR) equipment maker Lytro and gained initial rights to cooperate in the Chinese market, media reports said Thursday.
Lytro raised $60 million in its latest round of fundraising from investors including Blue Pool Capital Foxconn and Huayi Brothers, donews.com reported.
The U.S. technology company said it plans to expand the presence of its cameras and VR equipment in the Chinese market in the next few years.
