BEIJING, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- Shenzhen Energy Group Co., Ltd announced lately that the consortium founded by the company and SINOHYDRO Corporation Limited had won bidding for the 180,000KW hydropower project in Papua New Guinea.
Shenzhen Energy holds 90 percent equity in the consortium.
The company will discuss details for investment in this project at board meetings and general stockholders' meetings, and investment issue would have to wait approval by government authorities or go through registration process, the company said. Enditem (Edited by Li Xiaohui, lixh@xinhua.org)
