BEIJING, Jan. 11 (Xinhua) -- Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority recently awarded a contract to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (Middle East), the CSCEC announced recently.
The contract, valued at 1.2 billion dirhams (about 300 million US dollars), is for the construction of Dubai Silicon Park, according to the CSCEC.
Located in the southeast of Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, the park will include 23 multi-story buildings, such as office buildings, hotel, commercial center and gym center.
The total floor area of the Dubai Silicon Park will amount to 240,000 square meters. Enditem
