BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) -- China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Limited (China Singyes Solar) has won the bid for a design, build and operate contract on a 100 MW photovoltaic power station project in Uzbekistan.
The contract value of the project, located in Samarkand Province of Uzbekistan, is approximately 147 million U.S. dollars, the Chinese company said on Wednesday.
The project is invested by Uzbekenergo, a state-owned company of Uzbekistan. Funds needed for the project are mainly loans offered by the Asian Development Bank. Enditem (Edited by Niu Huizhe, niuhuizhe@xinhua.org)
