MCC Overseas’ Indonesian office successfully signed a contract for the Jakarta SOHO apartment pile foundation project recently.
Located in Tangerang, Jakarta, this project covers an area of 1.6 hectares and a total construction area of about 150,000 square meters. It consists of three 30-storey high-end apartments with refined decoration.
The contracted contents of the pile foundation project include land leveling, fencing, test piles, inspection and foundation piles.
The total duration of the contract is 6 months.
MCC Overseas Ltd. is the subsidiary company wholly owned by China’s MCC Group. Established in 1994, MCC Overseas developed into an independent legal entity in September 2006.
