BEIJING, Dec. 19 (Xinhua) -- SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Corporation (SEPCOIII), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China, announced on Dec. 15 that it had completed the work of hoisting 25 wind turbines for the Nomhon 50 MW wind power project in Qinghai.
Located in Nomhon farm in Haixi Prefecture, northwest China’s Qinghai province, the project is the company’s first wind farm EPC project in cooperation with Shandong-based Luneng Group, the company said on its website.
Among the first batch of wind power projects of Haixi’s 10-gigawatt clean energy base, the Nomhon project includes installing 25 units of 2.0 MW GW115-2000 wind power generators. The hoisting work was started from October this year. Enditem (Edited by Niu Huizhe, niuhuizhe@xinhua.org)
