BEIJING, Dec. 15 (Xinhua) - Zhuhai APEX Technology Co., Ltd (002190.SZ), a Chinese printer company, announced on December 12 that the company, together with PAG and Legend Capital, had taken over 100 percent equity in Lexmark, a global printer giant, for 3.9 billion US dollars.
This has been the largest overseas takeover in China's printer industry. The acquisition volume is 2.1 folds of Geely's takeover of Volve and more than 3 folds of Lenovo's takeover of IBM's computer business.
