WUHAN, Apr. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Bureau of Hubei State Farms and the Hubei Geological Bureau recently signed a cooperation agreement to jointly set up an entity for overseas markets and explore markets along the "Belt and Road".
Under the agreement, the two sides aim to build sharing bases in Africa, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), and Central Asia in five years and target more than 100 million yuan of industrial output value.
They will make use of their advantages in geological engineering, contracted construction, mineral exploration and agricultural cooperation and agricultural technical field to build sharing bases in Ghana, Malawi, Mozambique, Uganda, Cambodia and Malaysia and promote development of their existing businesses and upstream and downstream industries by means of technical cooperation, project subcontracting, building joint ventures, and establishing consortiums.
