BEIJING, Dec. 28 (Xinhua) -- China will establish special zones for piloting transport reforms in 2016, www.zgjtb.com reported Monday, citing Minister of Transport Yang Chuantang.
Work will also be done to formulate standards of service and transport facilities, streamline administration and delegate power to lower level governments, facilitate reform in investment and financing mechanisms, push forward public-private-partnership (PPP) investment projects, explore the establishment of transport development funds, promote negative list management, and deepen reform in other key sectors, said the report.
