BEIJING, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) - The Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) lately announced to overall halt approval and registration for mining right setting scheme in China, which will be included in the mining resources planningwith unified administration.
The setting and division of mining right will be handled by land and resources authorities at provincial level.
