BEIJING -- East China's Jiangsu Province unveiled an action plan for the big data development with the aim to build ten provincial-level big data industrial parks, bring in 100 big data leading talents, help 60 percent of software enterprises realize service-oriented development, and cultivate five big data enterprises each with business income exceeding 10 billion yuan and 50 ones each with business income exceeding 1 billion yuan, the Xinhua-run cnstock.com reported on August 31.
