Stone Pagoda of the Southern Song Dynasty
Built in the 8th year of the Southern Song Dynasty's Qiandao Period, this stone pagoda has full name of "Sakyamata Tathagata Dharmakaya Pagoda" where Buddhist relics are kept.
This stone pagoda is a key cultural relic under national-level protection. Built with red sand stone masonry, this 13-storeyed pagoda with thick eaves has an overall height of 17 meters. There is ladder-attached winding corridor on two tall lotus-shaped platforms. Due to the peculiar shape and the structure that is unique in China, it is considered a national treasure.
