Yinchuan government has introduced a series of related policies to encourage the construction and development of science and education town, such as land policy. Government of Yinchuan will invest in the construction of digital library, park avenue, academic communication center, and greenery landscape. Among which, the digital library has finished top sealing and the academic communication center is in halfway. Road, water, power, gas, heating, telecommunication, discharge and other public facilities are complete. It is ready for operation when completed. |
