LANZHOU -- Northwest China's Gansu Province, a key province of the Silk Road Economic Belt, is building a Silk Road big data base to serve as a platform that gathers, processes and share massive information of countries and regions along the economic belt, said Zang Qiuhua, head of Gansu Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology at the Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair.
