"Science is about people, and we should concentrate on people," said Salvador Moncada, the former Honduran Ambassador to China, during an interview with the Belt and Road Portal. Moncada highlighted the vast potential for cooperation in green development, archaeological research, scientific and technological collaboration, and people-to-people exchanges, noting that mutual understanding and talent training will open the doors of innovation.
