BEIJING, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- The 2025 Nanchang Air Show and Aviation Industry Expo was held in Nanchang in east China's Jiangxi Province, bringing visitors with "zero-distance" display of various domestically developed aircraft and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The expo, held between October 31 and November 2, mainly showcased the development achievements of Nanchang's aviation industry, especially in the field of low-altitude economy. Various types of UAVs and their power systems, composite materials, and complete structural components of advanced trainer aircraft were displayed on site.
Popular aircraft such as the Caihong, or Rainbow, attack-reconnaissance UAV, the Caihong transport and bomber integrated UAV and the Wing Loong dual-use UAV for military and civilian purposes made their debuts at the expo.
The expo also provided visitors with a chance to take a close-up look at China's homegrown heavy fighter jets, airliners and light aerobatic planes.
During the air show, visitors enjoyed thrilling aerobatic performance by flight teams from China, Russia and France, and watched China's domestically developed C919 and C909 airliners flying over the venue.
