MOSCOW, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- Russia's T-bank planned to open an artificial intelligence (AI) research center in China, announced Vyacheslav Tsyganov, deputy chairman of the board of T-Bank during an interview.
He noted that Chinese companies and scientists possess technologies that share a similar spirit with those of T-bank. Such technologies hold the potential to facilitate the development of engineering solutions.
Tsyganov highlighted that China offers significant attractions and boasts a pool of qualified personnel.
It is learned the planned center will function as an R&D hub, with a workforce ranging from 30 to 500 individuals.
Industry experts estimated that the potential investment in this project might range from 500 million to one billion rubles.
