MINSK, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- The fourth edition of the Chinese Goods and Services Exhibition kicked off in Belarus on Wednesday, with over 120 Chinese companies participating.
The exhibition, spanning 6,500 square meters, is being held at the Great Stone Industrial Park from Sept. 3-5, showcasing products and services in machinery, medicine, and logistics.
Under the strategic guidance of both nations' leaders, the China-Belarus all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership remains robust, with trade and economic ties showing strong growth, said Wang Ruijuan, counselor for trade and economic affairs at the Chinese Embassy in Belarus.
The exhibition serves as a vital platform for cooperation between the two sides, and it will continue to drive its advancement, she said.
Denis Bakei, deputy industry minister of Belarus, said that the exhibition boosts business ties between Belarus and China while offering a closer look at China's cutting-edge tech and innovation.
"This isn't just a product showcase -- it's a platform for sharing experiences and ideas. I'm sure it'll unlock new avenues for mutually beneficial partnerships and energize Belarus-China relations," he said.
Since its debut in 2019, the exhibition has served as a key bridge fostering industrial, trade and economic cooperation among China, Belarus and other Eurasian Economic Union nations, said Zhang Wenhong, vice president of the China Machinery Industry Federation.
