BEIJING, July 25 (Xinhua) -- An event titled "Meet Rwanda in China" is scheduled to take place from August 1 to 2 in Wuhan, central China's Hubei Province.
Bringing together the Rwandan Community Abroad in China, private companies, traders, members of academia, tourism operators, cultural organizations, business associations, media representatives and so on, the event will serve as a platform for in-depth discussions on available opportunities, as well as business matchmaking sessions.
The program will feature a high-level business forum organized in partnership with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). The forum will attract approximately 200 companies from various sectors across China, providing them with an opportunity to learn about Rwanda's business environment, investment prospects, and high-quality products.
Highlighting Rwanda's growing tourism sector, the event will also serve as an opportunity to further strengthen people-to-people ties between Rwanda and China, in line with the broader vision of building a community with a shared future.
