BEIJING, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) -- Staff members from State Grid Changji Power Supply Company conducted an on-site inspection of the newly installed transformer at the chili drying factory in Dianba Town of Changji City, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
The chili drying factory is a key rural revitalization project for Changji this year, with a total investment of 22.5 million yuan. The factory features two chili production lines and storage facilities, capable of processing five types of chili.
To support rural industrial revitalization and ensure the timely construction and operation of the chili drying factory, State Grid Changji Power Supply Company quickly installed three transformers and constructed a 5-kilometer dedicated power line, establishing a green channel to ensure the factory's punctual start-up.
Additionally, the company set up a service team to provide proactive on-site assistance, conducting comprehensive inspections and maintenance of power lines and equipment. The company also established a 24-hour emergency repair mechanism to address faults immediately, ensuring the stable operation of the chili drying equipment.
This year, Dianba Town has achieved a full industrial chain in the chili industry, covering planting, harvesting, drying, and deep processing. Meanwhile, Dianba's efforts have increased residents' enthusiasm for chili cultivation, leading to dual growth in the village's collective economy and household incomes.
