BEIJING, March 28 (Xinhua) -- State Grid Linyi Power Supply Company, a branch of State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company, has recently provided multiple supports for the high-tech electronic industrial park in Tancheng County of Linyi City in east China's Shandong Province to guarantee reliable power supply to an industrial internet service platform set up inside the park.
The industrial internet service platform in Tancheng is one of the county-level industrial internet platforms in Shandong, which was officially put into operation in December 2023, with a total of 183 small and medium-sized enterprises already connected to the data.
The platform, which is a crucial digital infrastructure asset for Tancheng County, has achieved effective integration of industrial data among enterprises, parks, and governments, creating 16 types of service models such as supply and demand docking and digital transformation.
Through data analysis of the the industrial internet platform, the company has minimized energy consumption costs, completed digital transformation, and increased production efficiency. In the first two months of this year, the output value increased by nearly 9 million yuan, said the production manager of Shandong Yiguang Semiconductor Electronic Co., Ltd.
To promote the platform to better play the analytical role of the intelligent "brain", the State Grid Linyi has built a multi-dimensional data model for output value and tax revenue based on industrial electricity consumption, providing data support for local policy-making.
In terms of power services, State Grid Linyi Power Supply Company understands the electricity needs of the projects and tracks the progress of electricity application for related enterprises online to ensure that enterprises complete digital transformation.
At the same time, the company regularly visits enterprises connected to the platform to conduct on-site services, investigate safety hazards in wiring and distribution facilities of enterprises, and reduce the safety operation risks of important production equipment.
In January of this year, State Grid Linyi launched an electricity accounting service, fully conveying the benefits of electricity price policies to enterprises. So far, it has benefited more than 6,000 enterprises, and it is expected to save more than 6 million yuan in electricity costs for customers annually.
