BEIJING, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Xpeng Inc., a Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer announced a strategic partnership with Ali & Sons, a leading UAE distributor group on Thursday, reported Shanghai Securities News.
Besides Ali & Sons in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Xpeng has formed strategic partnerships with other distributors in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, including RAYA Holding in Egypt, SR Group in Azerbaijan, T Gargour & Fils in Jordan, and Gargour Asia SAL in Lebanon. Multiple car models of Xpeng will be launched and delivered in the second quarter of 2024 in these five countries.
Meanwhile, the company plans to expand its business footprint in European markets this year, including markets in Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, and France.
