Daxing Town in Linshu County has innovated blueberry planting after more than 10 years of exploration and development. Based on characteristics of the local climate and land, the town carried out early, medium and late maturing varieties of blueberry, making the fresh blueberry picking period last for more than 3 months.
Currently, the blueberry planting area in Daxing Town covers more than 20,000 mu(around 1,333.33 hectares). A total of 7 blueberry planting standardization production bases have been built, while more than 30 blueberry planting and production cooperatives and family farms settled down here. The town owns 11 registered trademarks which have been granted the national certification, and Linshu Blueberry has been awarded the national famous and excellent new agricultural product certificate.
