BEIJING, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) -- Paper cutting is a time-honored and popular folk art in Lanling county in Linyi City, east China's Shandong Province.
In 2016, Lanling’s paper cutting was listed as a municipal intangible cultural heritage project .
Over the past hundreds of years, folk paper-cutting art in Lanling has evolved several times and been passed down from generation to generation, and many folk artists with exquisite skills and rich achievements have emerged.
As the representative inheritor of such intangible cultural heritage, Li Yueai is a villager in Lanling County and has been engaged in traditional handmade paper cutting for nearly 60 years.
