BEIJING, July 31(Xinhua) -- Cainiao Network, the logistics arm of Alibaba Group announced recently the launch of its largest smart logistics hub in Southeast Asia namely cHub in Jakarta, Indonesia, reported China Securities Journal.
The new hub is a part of its regional warehouse network of Cainiao in Southeast Asia.
It is learned that the project covers a total area of approximately 32 hectares, with a planned high-standard warehouse of 170,000 square meters.
Prior to its official launch, cHub in Jakarta had already gained significant attention from businesses, with an occupancy rate of over 75 percent, including Chinese companies, Southeast Asian companies, and international companies involved in global development, such as Haier, PT Senopati Fujitrans, Wuling Indonesia and etc.
