BEIJING, April 13 (Xinhua) -- China’s auto market maintained sound growth in March, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
The automobile output in China amounted to 2.58 million units in last month, up 15.3 percent year on year and 27.2 percent month on month, said the association.
In March, auto sales totaled 2.45 million units, an increase of 9.7 percent from a year ago and 24 percent on a monthly basis.
According to the association, auto output and sales in the first three months of this year reached 6.21 million units and 6.08 million units respectively.
