BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhua) -- The market size of China's power semiconductor sector is expected to reach 23.8 billion U.S. dollars by 2027, according to a report released by Deloitte China on March 9.
The report shows that China is the world's largest demand country for power semiconductors, and the demand will be further unleashed by the development of new energy photovoltaic. Meanwhile, China's power semiconductor market will continue to expand in the next five years.
In addition, the market size of China's electronic design automation (EDA) is expected to reach 2.74 billion U.S. dollars by 2025, due to the shift of the semiconductor industry to China, according to the report.
