BEIJING, Dec. 13 (Xinhua) -- A deal on jointly building a college for cultivating digital technology-savvy talents for Laos was inked by China's Neusoft Education Technology Co., Ltd. (Neusoft Education, 09616. HK), Pu'er University and Laos Souphanouvong University in Pu'er city, southwest China's Yunnan Province on Monday, reported the Xinhua-run Shanghai Securities News.
The college, named PUSUNE Digital College, will provide Laos with the training of digital tech talents in higher education, vocational education and digital entrepreneurship education, according to the deal.
In this cooperation, the three signing parties will jointly foster clusters of competitive majors and enhance majors construction, with emphasis on the joint development of such majors as software engineering, digital media, and e-commerce.
Neusoft Education will be responsible for providing intelligent education platforms and resources for the college.
