BEIJING, Nov. 16 (Xinhua) -- State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company Limited has recently launched an online employment service platform to solve the problem of regulated management of sporadic employment in its self-run business and fully promote market-oriented management of employment.
As an innovation in the domestic power system, the platform makes the company take a lead in the digital transformation and upgrading of the State Grid system.
By selecting four of the company's affiliates as trial units, setting up a special group with the trial units and related experts, and conducting 12 field surveys, State Grid Hunan Electric Power Company Limited has collected a total of 66 requirements, disassembled 119 functions of the system platform according to the requirements, and taken more than 150 days to complete the system development and debugging, laying a solid foundation for the smooth launch of the platform.
Through the platform, flexible employees can record and upload work proofs in real time for the background staff to check and accept in time, and after acceptance, remuneration can be settled immediately, the process of which is standardized, transparent and efficient.
By leveraging real-time, accurate and scientific big data, optimizing the employment structure and configuration, and with whole-process online closed-loop refined management, the platform can help the company invigorate flexible labor resources and promote flexible employment while meeting its labor demand.
