BEIJING, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- Hunan Electric Power Company of State Grid Corporation of China saw its integrated safe operation solution for the security of energy internet selected into the 2022 network security technology application pilot programs in China.
The pilot programs are picked by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) to meet the network security guarantee demand of key industries such as public communication, information service, energy, and emergency management.
As a solution that supports energy network safety, the integrated safe operation solution of State Grid Hunan Electric Power is designed to boost development of the security guarantee systems under construction of the new type of power systems in China.
Guided by attack and prevention integrated operation, the company forged practical attack and testing-based operation systems and security guarantee rules systems, developed related safety monitoring devices and constructed typical safe operation demonstration scenes for the solution.
As a matter of fact, State Grid Hunan Electric Power has been pressing ahead with construction of network security guarantee and risk prevention systems under all types of scenes in recent years.
With effective study over security guarantee for the new type of power systems, the company guaranteed the safety of power networks during many events, activities and holidays of key importance and formed a batch of replicable cases for power grid security.
In future, State Grid Hunan Electric Power decided to promote application of the integrated power network safe operation solution in a wider scale to enhance its network security guarantee capability and upgrade its network security to a state of being controllable, precise in risk prevention, visible, reliable and smart.
