BEIJING, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- The International Forum on Resilient and Stable Industrial and Supply Chains will take place in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang Province in east China, from Sept. 18 to 20, an official said Thursday.
Proposed at the 16th G20 Leaders' Summit in 2021, the forum aims to improve the resilience and stability of the global industrial and supply chains by promoting experience sharing and building broad consensus, Xin Guobin, vice minister of industry and information technology, told a press conference.
The event will serve as a platform where global industrial insiders can boost exchanges and cooperation and lay a solid foundation for building resilient global industrial and supply chains, according to Xin.
The forum is co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Transport, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. Issues like global industrial collaboration, international logistics, and global economic recovery will be discussed during the event.
