BEIJING, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- A new 220-kV intelligent power station was put into operation on Wednesday in the town of Baiguan in Lusong District of Zhuzhou City, central China's Hunan Province.
Named "Zhuzhou Chengjia (Baiguan) 220-kV Intelligent Power Station," the project is an integrated energy hub that combines the construction of electricity substation with various functions including data center station, AC/DC microgrid, charging station, photovoltaic station, 5G communication base, etc.
The substation is expected to gradually reach the capacity of 960,000 KVA, providing high-quality and reliable power support for industrial parks in the region. The data center station, featured with rapid deployment and strong resilience for expansion, is committed to share with the community its powerful computing capacity and data storage services.
