BEIJING, April 22 (Xinhua) -- China has issued a guideline recently to promote the high-quality development of technical textile sector, reported Shanghai Security News on Thursday.
According to the guideline jointly released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the National Development and Reform Commission, by 2025, China will see the added value of enterprises above the designated size in technical textile sector increase by about six percent annually.
Meanwhile, at least three enterprises will enter the first echelon of global technical textile sector.
To accelerate the structural upgrading of the sector, China will cultivate leading enterprises with outstanding innovation capabilities, core competitiveness, and dominant influence in the sector's ecosystem.
In addition, China will promote digital and intelligent manufacturing, including the application of advanced digital equipment and online monitoring systems and the construction of digital factories.
