BEIJING, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- Beijing Daxing International Airport handled approximately 19,000 inbound and outbound flights and 1.86 million passengers during the 40-day Spring Festival travel rush, which ended on Friday.
According to the airport, it handled daily averages of over 480 flights and 46,000 passengers during the Spring Festival peak travel season. Flight and passenger numbers reached a peak on Feb. 20, with 605 flights taking off and landing, serving more than 73,000 passengers.
