HONG KONG, Jan. 5 (Xinhua) -- Hong Kong's Hang Seng Tech Index dived over 4 percent during Wednesday's morning trading after opening lower at 5,501.75 points, down from 5,581.9 points.
The index, which represents 30 largest technology companies listed in Hong Kong, briefly lost 4.13 percent to touch 5,351.32 points during the morning session.
Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited, which provides software solutions for property developers in China, once shed over 10 percent. Other top losers include Bilibili, a popular video streaming and sharing platform in China, which lost over 9 percent.
The broader Hang Seng Index opened 0.15 percent higher to 23,323.77 points. Enditem
